Description
Orzalume wine is a blend of traditional Grechetto and the noble Sauvignon Blanc.
In 1997, after a careful analysis of our soils, we realised that “Podere Orzalume” was an area of our land particularly good for the Sauvignon.
The soil is an ancient sea bed of Pliocene time, made of sand and clay with rich presence of fossils, corals, shells and oysters.
We are at 340m above sea level, the perfect microclimate and the important diurnal temperature variation emphasised flavours and acidity.
