Maria Grazia
This wine is dedicated to Maria Grazia Tambroni, the mother of the present owner of the winery, who bought the estate in 1997. The grapes used to brew this wine are 100% Sangiovese, and grow in the estate’s most prized red vineyard. Harvest takes place in mid-September, with a careful selection of the best bunches to ensure a limited production of the highest quality.
This wine was first produced in 2019, following an extensive experimentation process aimed at identifying the best Sangiovese in the estate. The quality of the raw material imparts great natural elegance to this wine and thus provides for a delightful and fulfilling tasting experience.

Vinification The grapes are vinified in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of 15° to 18°C.
Ageing and maturationOnce vinification is complete, the wine is left on lees for over 2 months, to refine its scents. A further 2 months of bottle-ageing completes the process.

NoseSweet and coppery tones combined with captivating scents of flowers and fruits (red currant, gooseberry, grapefruit, and lime), slowly yielding to hints of rosehip and peony.
TasteThe marked zesty freshness and chalky sapidity of this wine make for an approachable and yet most refined gustatory experience.
Food pairing Perfect with aperitivo bites, fresh cheese, fish, or veggie dishes. Also excellent with savory pies and stuffed pizza.
